How We Ship

Design Your Awning is your one-stop resource for beautiful, elegant awnings delivered right to your door.

At Design Your Awning we are committed to ensuring that you are totally satisfied with our products.

As such, every order is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In addition, we package all awnings in wooden crates with sturdy wooden pallet bases -- as well as interior padding for added protection. We make every effort to help ensure that our products reach you in excellent condition.

We ship your new awning via Common Carriers (ABF Freight and Southeastern Freight Lines). It usually takes between 2 and 6 business days to reach the destinations in US and Canada. Shipping cost is always included in the quote you will receive from us. Your awning will arrive crated with all the hardware inside to install.  Local pick up is available upon completion.

You may need assistance in moving the package upon delivery. While some drivers may assist with this, not all do. If you will need assistance with the crate, ask our staff to help you prepare prior to delivery.
