I ordered the Juliette awning and it arrived within a week in perfect condition. The shipper was right on time and the awning was packed meticulously. All hardware was included for an easy installation. Highly recommend!

Design Your Awning were wonderful to work with and made the choice of awning and size calculations easy. We chose copper and it really is as light (weight) as described and easy and straightforward to install. It arrived beautifully packaged and there were no issues. We have it installed over a window on the south side of the house and our aim was to reduce the heat from the California sun that hits that room. We can tell already that it is making a great difference as well as looking even better than we had hoped!
